Alpha Human Services hires both full-time and part-time therapists for its programs.  To qualify, an applicant should be a licensed psychologist, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed independent clinical social worker, or a licensed professional clinical counselor. 

Licensed and license eligible applicants are preferred; however, an unlicensed therapist with a relevant doctoral or masters degree and experience treating sex offenders will also be considered for residential program positions only. 

Duties include group, individual and family therapy.
